Laura Rege is a Los Angeles–based recipe developer, food stylist, and the current Food Director at HexClad Cookware. She has contributed to cookbooks and editorial projects for Martha Stewart, Delish, and Food & Wine magazine, among others.
With a background in both professional kitchens and test kitchens, her work focuses on seasonal, whole-food recipes that nourish the body and inspire connection. Laura is passionate about mindful cooking and creating nourishing meals that promote physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. When she’s not styling or testing recipes, you’ll find her hosting friends, hiking the California coast, or contemplating the next meditative retreat.
